Coating lines on release papers or plastic films

We identify with Rotocoat family all those plants where substrate are paper or plastic films. The most common coating systems are by knife or cylinder, and coated quantities must be controlled very precisely. Smooth or embossed release paper is one of typical substrates used as carriage for synthetic leather production. By a final in-line separation unit paper transfers its finishing and design on the coated compound.

Paper can be re-used several times.
