In order to be able to ennoble the bovine splits and to propose them as an alternative to the “full grain” with comparable appearance and quality, an accurate finishing process through coating lines is required. This process can replace traditional spray systems.

Rotosplit are the machines and systems that allow the bovine splits to be superficially ennobled with the application of a thin PU film with an exclusive finishing effect.

The process takes place continuously through the use of release papers, with a “transfer” system like on the Rotocoat lines for the production of synthetic leather.
